(2013) <doi:10.1371/journal.pone.0083622>, Bettencourt and Ribeiro (2008) <doi:10.1371/journal.pone.0002185>, and White and Pagano (2008) <doi:10.1002/sim.3136>. Includes datasets for Canadian national and provincial COVID-19 case counts provided by Berry et al. (2021) <doi:10.1038/s41597-021-00955-2>.
